Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the microphone and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our designated technical inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will verify the gear's functionality and condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
